Returns & Refunds
Return within 30 days of delivery, as long as the sealed packaging is unopened. Once the seal is broken, we can't promise the next child that nothing has touched it.
We send you a return label, and its cost is deducted from your refund.
A flaw in the making, like an open seam or loose embroidery? Tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it at our cost, opened or not.
