📦 Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on U.S. retail orders. However, to protect our small business and ensure sustainable delivery:

Free shipping applies to standard U.S. retail orders under $500 in merchandise subtotal (before tax and shipping).
Bulk, wholesale, or custom orders may incur additional shipping charges
Oversized packaging or remote destinations may affect eligibility
Orders over $500 may require manual review and are not eligible for promotional shipping rates

🚛 Delivery Methods & Timing

Each Bippie is lovingly readied for their trip to you. We work with a variety of trusted carriers to deliver your Bippie safely and efficiently. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Most orders ship within 2–3 business days of the order date, and delivery typically takes 3–8 business days depending on your location and selected service. This can sometimes vary based on carrier operations.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email so you can follow your Bippie’s journey home.

Please note that we do not process orders on weekends and major holidays. All processing times are estimates and may be subject to change.

🌍 International Shipping

We do offer international shipping to select countries. Please note:

Duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer
Delivery times vary due to customs and regional logistics
Due to customs complexities, international orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges
