Returns and our craftsmanship guarantee

Every Bippie is made by hand and arrives sealed. Both of those shape how returns work, so here it is, plainly.

Returns, within 30 days of delivery

If a Bippie isn't the right match, you can return it within 30 days of the day it was delivered, as long as its sealed packaging is still unopened. Bippies are hypoallergenic, and once the seal is broken we can't promise the next child that nothing has touched it. We know that feels strict. It is the only way to keep every Bippie safe for the child who receives it.

To start a return, email info@bippieco.com with your order number. We'll reply with a return label and simple instructions. The label's cost is deducted from your refund, and that is the only charge. Please wait to hear from us before sending anything back; a package that arrives unannounced can't be matched to an order.

Refunds

Once your sealed Bippie is home, we refund the price paid for it, less the return label, within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Beloved Gift Wrap can't be undone, so the $10 for wrapping isn't refundable. If one Bippie from a Bundle comes back, we refund that Bippie's share of the Bundle price.

Exchanges

For a different color or size, return the original as above and place a new order whenever you're ready. New orders ship within two business days, so this is usually quicker than waiting for the first Bippie to travel home.

Gifts

Received a Bippie as a gift and need to return it? Write to us at info@bippieco.com and we'll help. Refunds always go back to the card that paid, so the person who gave it will see the refund. We'll walk you both through it gently.

Our craftsmanship guarantee

Every Bippie is sewn by hand, and no two are exactly alike. A stitch a touch longer than its neighbor, a seam that isn't ruler-straight, a thread end you can snip: that is the handwork, and part of what you're holding. A flaw in the making is different. If a seam opens or the embroidery comes loose within one year of delivery, we replace the Bippie at no cost, shipping both ways, opened or not. Email a photo and your order number to info@bippieco.com. Stretching, fading, thinning, and the soft wear of a well-used pocket aren't flaws; they're a Bippie doing its job.
