🧵 Returns & Refunds

At The Bippie Co., your happiness is stitched into every seam. If your Bippie isn’t quite the match you hoped for, we’ll gladly welcome it back—with care and clarity.


💛 Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact
  • Must include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
  • Item must show no signs of wear, damage, or personalization

Important: Because Bippies are not only organic but hypoallergenic, we take extra care to ensure every toy arrives in pristine condition—especially for children with sensitivities.

We cannot accept returns if the sealed packaging has been opened in any way. Once a Bippie is exposed to air, surfaces, or potential allergens (like pet hair), we can no longer guarantee its safety for another child.
We know this may feel strict, but it’s rooted in love and responsibility.

Returns are also subject to:

  • The customer covering return shipping costs

To begin a return, email us at info@bippieco.com. Once approved, we’ll send:

  • A return shipping label
  • Step-by-step instructions to guide your Bippie home

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


🔁 Exchanges

The fastest way to find your perfect match is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.


💳 Refunds

Refunds (if approved) are processed within 15 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.


🎁 Gifting & Returns

If you received a Bippie as a gift, we’re honored to be part of your story. While we can’t process returns directly from gift recipients, we’re happy to help guide the way.

  • Returns must be initiated by the original purchaser
  • Exchanges follow the same process as standard returns:
    The original item must be returned, and a new order placed once the return is approved

We know gifting comes with extra layers of love and logistics—so if you’re unsure how to proceed, just reach out. We’ll help make it smooth, kind, and joyful.


📦 Packaging Care

Bippies come wrapped in love—and we ask that they return the same way.

  • All original packaging must be included and in the same condition it was received
  • Returned items must show no damage or signs of use whatsoever

This helps us ensure every Bippie remains safe, clean, and ready to bring joy to its next home—especially for children with sensitivities.


✉️ Address Corrections

We’re unable to reroute packages once shipped, so please triple-check your details before finalizing your return.


🌍 International Orders

For our global Bippie family:

  • Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs and regional logistics
  • Due to customs complexities, international orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • If you have questions before placing an international order, we’re happy to help clarify expectations
